The ACC (Adjustable Core Competition) Chassis was created with an integrated weight management system, allowing shooters to fine tune the weight and balance point of the rifle. General Safety Guidelines

Ensure that the MDT ACC Chassis System is used only for its intended purpose as a chassis for Savage rifles.
Always handle your rifle with care and assume it is loaded until you have verified otherwise.
Keep the chassis system out of reach of children and unauthorized users.
Regularly inspect the chassis system for any signs of damage or wear before use.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding firearm ownership and usage in your jurisdiction.

Specific Safety Precautions for Use

Weight Management: Be aware of the total weight of your rifle when adding weights. The chassis can transform from 2.7 kg to a maximum of 5.6 kg. Ensure that the total weight remains manageable for you.
Accessory Attachments: When using the ARCA/RRS dovetail for accessories, ensure that all attachments are secure. Use the retention screw to prevent accessories from falling off during use.
Buttstock Adjustment: The MDT's proprietary XTN buttstock interface allows for adjustability. Ensure that the stock is securely attached before use.
Magazines: Only use AICS style magazines that are compatible with the chassis. Ensure that they are inserted correctly before firing.
