HOMOGENIZED SOLDER The Brownells Homogenized Solder is a versatile solder-in-flux solution tailored for gunsmithing applications. It effectively joins most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel, with the exception of aluminum and magnesium. The unique homogenizing process prevents solder and flux separation, allowing for packaging in syringes for precise application and reduced waste. Post-soldering, the flux residue cleans up easily with warm water. Available Options: 70PA Solder: Tensile Strength: 16,000 psi Bonding Temperature: 425°F Application: Ideal for joining dissimilar metals; can be plated over with electroless nickel 80PA Silver Braze: Tensile Strength: 85,000 psi Bonding Temperature: 1125°F Application: Excellent for nickel alloys, carbide, and dissimilar metals; can be plated over Incorporating Brownells Homogenized Solder into your gunsmithing projects ensures strong, reliable joints with efficient application and cleanup.
