Description:

Square Up & Chamfer Rifle and Handgun Muzzles P Brass Bore Pilot

Set includes: one, 90° facing cutter to square a muzzle after shortening, or repair damage; one, 45° chamfering cutter to break the edges of the rifling for a clean bullet exit or chamfer a revolver cylinder mouth for quick reloads; plus one handle that fits either cutter and one brass bore pilot. Interchangeable pilot keeps cutter properly aligned. Purchase extra pilots to use one cutter for many different calibers. Pilots for other calibers available separately.

SPECS: Facing Cutter Hardened steel. 3¼" (8.2cm) long (except .165" cutter, 2-3/8" (6cm) long). 1" (2.5cm) or .750" (19mm) diameter as required. Chamfer Cutter Hardened steel. 3¼" (8.25cm) long (except .165" cutter, 2-3/8" (6cm) long). ½" (12.7mm) or 5/8" (15.8mm) diameter as required. Handle Aluminum. 3½" (8.9cm) long. 3 oz. (85 g). Pilot - Brass. 1¼" (3.2cm) long. Packaged in a polypropylene box.

- Rotate the cutter gently to break the edges and create a clean exit for the bullet.
Changing the Pilot
- To change the pilot, unscrew the cutter from the handle.
- Replace the pilot with the desired caliber pilot and reattach the cutter securely.
- Ensure that the pilot is properly aligned for accurate cutting.
After Use
- Clean the cutters and handle with a dry cloth to remove any debris.
- Store the product in the provided polypropylene box to protect it from damage.

Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding metal waste.
