Instructions for Installation and Usage
Preparation:
- Ensure your firearm is completely unloaded. Remove the magazine and visually inspect the chamber.
- Gather necessary tools, such as a barrel link pin punch and hammer.
Selecting the Right Link Size:
- Choose the appropriate barrel link size based on your firearm's specifications:
- Factory standard #3 (.278")
- #0 (.015") for Accurailequipped guns with rails that have been moved down
- #1 (.010")
- #2 (.005")
- #4 (+.005")
- #5 (+.010")
Installation Steps:
- Remove the old barrel link by using the pin punch to drive out the link pin.
- Align the new barrel link with the barrel link pin hole and slide stop hole.
- Insert the link pin through the holes, ensuring it is seated properly.
- Check the fit by moving the barrel and slide to ensure proper function.
PostInstallation Check:
- After installation, perform a function test to ensure the firearm operates correctly.
- Inspect the barrel link for any misalignment or movement issues.
