CLP PLUS PASTE SEAL Safety Instruction Guide

Introduction

Thank you for choosing SEAL 1 CLP PLUS PASTE SEAL. This product is designed to be a nontoxic biobased cleaner, lubricant, and protectant for firearms and other equipment. It is important to follow safety guidelines to ensure safe and effective use.

General Safety Guidelines

Always read and follow the instructions on the product label before use.
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.
Do not ingest the product or use it for any purpose other than its intended use.
In case of accidental ingestion or contact with eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
Report any unsafe products or accidents to the relevant authorities.

Specific Safety Precautions for Use

Ensure proper ventilation when using the product to avoid inhalation of fumes.
Wear protective gloves and eyewear to prevent skin and eye contact.
Avoid using the product near open flames or sparks, as it may be flammable.
Do not mix with other chemicals or cleaners unless specified by the manufacturer.
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Instructions for Installation and Usage

Bore Cleaning

Apply liberally to a bore brush.
Run the brush up and down the bore numerous times.
Apply liberally to a cotton bore patch or use presaturated SEALSkinz™.
Using a tightfitting jag patch combination, run the patch up and down the bore two or three times.
Repeat until the patch comes clean.
Run a dry patch up and down the bore to remove any excess.
After two or three applications, you may experience an increase in muzzle velocity.

All Other Cleaning

Apply liberally and scrub until clean.
Wipe clean with a cloth or bore cleaning patch.

Storage and Protection

For best results, treat your gun while it is warm.
Apply SEAL 1 CLP PLUS® to all surfaces and let it soak in.
Wipe with a clean cloth to remove any excess.
After two or three applications, you should only need to wipe down with a SEALSkinz™ Cloth or repeat this process occasionally.

Disposal Instructions

Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations.
Do not pour the product down the drain or dispose of it in regular household waste.
