Has cutouts that fit areas of the bolt carrier, bolt, bolt cam pin and firing pin. Cartridge extractor scraping point also helps to pull out the firing pin retaining pin. Polymer handle gives positive grip, and non-hardened steel construction won't scratch the bolt.
